How the process works - what we need.
  • Fill out the Order Form, and upload your graphic, image or logo. No artwork? No worries, we can help you out there, just let us know.
  • Choose whether or not you want to see a free proof - we strongly suggest getting a proof to make sure spelling, artwork and placement is correct.*
  • Once we get the proof approval back, we enter your order into production, and your customized and personalized Tradition Wear will ship in 5 - 7 business days.

*Please note: improperly submitted and non-usable artwork will delay the start of production and push the production/shipping/delivery/pick up date back.

Please submit your artwork to, at 300 dpi in the RGB color profile, with all fonts converted to curves with a transparent background, in one of the following file formats:

  • PDF – print ready (Preferred format)
  • EPS
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • CorelDraw (.cdr)

If you have artwork that is print ready, it should be submitted as a high resolution file (minimum of 300 dpi) at the finished imprint size, again, with all fonts converted to curves (paths or outlines) and have a transparent background.

Acceptable file formats:

  • PNG
  • PSD
  • TIFF

Acceptable formats:

  • DST (.dst)
  • Please include the thread color pathways and sewing order

If your artwork needs to be digitized, please submit original artwork per the above guidelines.
